DISCOUNTS 2011

Sibling Discount of $150 to be applied towards Optional Trips, this is available even if a family member attended in previous years, and applies to cousins.

SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES 2011

Celtic Learning in association with Georgia Hardy Tours is proud to present scholarships and bursaries worth up to $12,000 for the summer of 2011.

Please read below on how to apply and also please download and complete this questionnaire and submit it with your application.

Value of scholarship or bursary to be used only by students towards the cost of a Celtic Learning, GHT Experience the World 2011 summer program.

Students must be currently enrolled in high school and eligible to take a grade 11 or 12 credit during the summer of 2011.

Students must be Canadian Citizens.

Students must have a 80% minimum average.

Students must have demonstrated integrity, leadership, community and school involvement.

Students must demonstrate need for financial assistance.

Conditions:

Applications must be received by Celtic Learning/GHT by the deadline of February 16, 2011.

Winners will be announced by Celtic Learning/GHT on March 3, 2011.

Decisions of Celtic Learning/GHT are final

Deposit will be returned to the student if they are not awarded the Scholarship/Bursary, and they do not wish to attend a Celtic Learning/Experience the World Summer program

How to Apply:

Complete the application form and submit deposit - please indicate that you are applying for the scholarship/bursary on the form.

Students must write a letter, no longer than 350 words, outlining the reasons why they should be awarded the scholarship/bursary

Submit the above along with your high school transcript, a copy of your most recent report card, a short reference letter from your guidance counsellor from your home school, and a personal letter from a parent/guardian outlining the need for financial assistance.
